Definitions
For clarity and consistency, key terms used throughout this document are defined below. These definitions apply to all aspects of our services and your participation.

Player Eligibility and Responsibilities
Participation in our Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet the legal age requirements for gambling. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in Your Jurisdiction, whichever is greater. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling is legal within Your Jurisdiction. We do not intend for our Services to be used by persons in countries where such activities are illegal. We reserve the right to amend the list of prohibited jurisdictions at any time and may conduct location verification checks.
When registering your Account, you must provide information that is valid, accurate, and complete in all respects. You are required to keep this information, including your contact details, up to date. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity and age. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
Any and all activity conducted through your Account will be considered valid if the correct login credentials have been used. The Casino is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
Financial Transactions and Payments
To deposit funds, the name on the payment method used (e.g., credit card, bank account) must match the name registered on your casino Account. We do not permit the use of third-party payment methods. At our discretion, we may request verification documents before processing any transaction, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. The Casino is legally obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are subject to a pending period, during which security and gameplay reviews are conducted. This period is typically 24 hours but may be extended if additional verification is required. Whenever possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the original payment method used for depositing. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to a maximum of NZ$8,000 or currency equivalent per week for players whose total withdrawals are five times or more greater than their lifetime deposits. All progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this limit. The maximum withdrawal amount in any 24-hour period is NZ$23,000 or currency equivalent.
Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, the Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotions. All such offers are subject to these general terms as well as any specific rules provided with the promotion.
General Bonus Conditions
All promotional offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, and IP address. Bonuses are intended for recreational players, and we reserve the right to limit eligibility or withdraw any offer at our sole discretion. You may be required to provide verification documents before a bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them may expire six months after being credited.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are credited to a Bonus Balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also known as a “Play-Through Requirement”) before they can be transferred to your Cash Balance and withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 70 times the bonus amount (70x). For example, a NZ$7,000 in wagers to be cleared. Different games contribute different percentages towards meeting this requirement.
- 100%: Most Slots (excluding specific titles), Keno, and Scratch Cards.
- 8%: Most Table Pokers, Roulettes, and Video Pokers.
- 2%: Classic Blackjack and certain Video Pokers.
- 0%: Baccarat, Craps, Sic Bo, and Progressive Jackpot games.
Always consult the specific terms of a promotion, as these contributions may vary.
Irregular Play
To ensure fair gaming, certain betting patterns are considered “irregular play” when a bonus is active. This includes, but is not limited to, placing zero-margin bets, hedge betting, or placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% of the bonus value. The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is being played through is NZ$16 or currency equivalent per round. If the Casino deems that irregular play has occurred, we reserve the right to void the bonus and confiscate all associated winnings.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may close or suspend your Account at any time for any breach of these terms. Key reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Engaging in underage gambling.
- Playing from a prohibited jurisdiction.
- Committing or attempting to commit fraud, collusion, cheating, or money laundering.
- Using automated systems or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through irregular play.
- Displaying offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards our staff.
- Allowing a third party to use your account.
If your Account has no login or logout activity for a continuous period of six months, it will be classified as an Inactive Account. We reserve the right to charge a monthly administration fee (equivalent to NZ$20) on any real money balance in an Inactive Account. This fee will be deducted until the Account balance is reduced to zero or the Account is reactivated by you logging in.
General Terms
This section covers other important legal conditions that govern the agreement between you and the Casino, including liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. The Services and Software are provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for any technical disruptions, server issues, or failures of your internet connection. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and other materials on our websites are the property of the Casino or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any of this material without our express authorisation.
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, you must first contact our Customer Service team. We will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue to our designated Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, eCOGRA. This provides an independent and impartial adjudication service.
Amendments and Governing Law
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. This agreement is governed by the laws of Alderney, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Alderney courts. In case of any discrepancy between the English version of these terms and a translated version, the English text shall prevail.
